Picked up a 16 oz single from the Hot Spot cooler on NC-61 (New Leicester Hwy) 7-2-25 for $3.69. Canned 5-28-29; consumed 8-29-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured gold with a nice white head.
Nose is a very nice bouquet of tropical and citrus fruit along with some sweet coconut and vanilla.
Taste follows the nose as the smaller but substantive pale malt base displays a fruit bowl of flavors as i am getting orange, mango, and passion fruit. Coconut and vanilla adjuncts make things sweeter to the point where the beer comes across as a tropical fruit punch. Finishes sweet and lacks bittering hops; 3/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, soft and smooth.
Overall, this one is too sweet for me. Definitely an easy drinker for folks less inclined to hoppy IPAs.
