Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a vibrant, crystal clear, copper-gold coloring, with a foamy, dense, clingy, off-white head. Nose of tropical fruit, grapes, and pine tassels, with a sweet backbone. Flavors are very piney forward, with a grape and berry sweetness to follow. Floral and fruity throughout, with a slight bitter build at the end. Mid-bodied, with a mild frothy feel at the end. Aftertaste of fruit and bitterness into a light, roasty, and peppered finish. Pretty unique brew with an interesting hops profile.
