Fresh Hop Chinook Pale Ale

Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, slightly hazed, copper-gold coloring with a frothy, bubbly, clingy, white head. Nose of peppery hops forward, with piney notes throughout. Flavors are resinous bitter forward, with a peppery backbone and subtle cracker notes to balance. Hop head's delight. Mid-bodied and crisp, with a bitter and resinous, piney aftertaste. Pretty consistent characteristics throughout. Great lacing left behind as you drink. Dry, crisp, piney finish. I like this beer a lot.
