A: Tons of bubbly carbonation eruption from within fills a straw-yellow colored body with a slight haze factor. A solid dull white capping sits a half inch above with a spongey and very porous texture atop. The topping showed a great resilience throughout the drink and left some faint reminders on the glass walls thereafter.
S: Fresh damp wheat and morning rain fills the nose with a strong backing from the pilsner yeast. Yeasty and soft graininess was a clean with some hints of fresh corn stalks and dried corn. Dry hops come through nicely with dry floral tint.
T: The flavor was dry and grainy, dried hops and green stalks with a yeasty saaz bite. The pilsner grains were the showcase here, crisp and very dry while the flavor was pronounced per style. Leafy vegetal sense and dry flowery leave.
M: Lots of carbonation here, dry and grainy feel with an after-feel of dry flowery hops.
O: Lots of flavor and very well pronounced. Some parching hay and grains leaves for a good and lasting impression that was well hopped and balanced leaving you wanting more.
