Same Dawn, New Day is a Sour IPA brewed in collaboration with Unified Beerworks. This beer is dry hopped with Sabro, Amarillo, and Taiheke. We then add mango and tangerine puree while finishing with a touch of vanilla to round things out. Proceeds from this beer will be donated to Dawn White, a friend of ours who has gone through a recent lung transplant.
