Bucket Brigade Brewery

Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a shaker glass. It's cloudy with a color is something between pumpkin and iced tea, and almost a finger of creamy, light khaki head and thick, clinging lacing. The smell includes caramel with lite spicing. It's surprisingly bitter with the taste of big caramel, lite citrus, a hint of stone fruit, and lots of bitter char. The mouth feel is creamy with fairly lively carbonation, and the 7.5% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, this is an interesting recipe with big, bold flavors - fruity but quite bitter. It's very drinkable.
