For our 7th Anniversary we introduce our Imperial Stout base for future barrel Aging projects. This Stout is big, mouth watering, and balanced. In secondary we aged it in a Pine Tavern Distillery Fenwick’s Maple Bourbon Barrel, then we add Cape May roasters Breakfast Blend Beans, Ecuador Cacao Nibs, and Vanilla Beans. Doing this pulls out delectable notes of nutty, roasty, chocolate with underlying bourbon flavor.
