Handsome golden brew with long-lasting foam in the Affligem chalice. Champagne aroma with cereal in the nose. Mellow and pleasing. Tangy and smooth mouthfeel. This seems to have improved with age, a few months in the refrigerator.
Rich and moderately sweet, fruity with a less dry finish than a lot of Belgian style brews. The yeast is bold and dominates, with just a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. This is another surprising and tasty brew from Twin Sisters. From the six pack purchased at the brewery, dated 05/13/19 on the bottom of the 12 oz can.
