Served in 20oz shaker. Poured a bright, clean, clear, light gold color with less than a half-inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma had a very pleasant grain base, but the bright, bold hops that typify the style were missing.
Same on the tongue; the bass was there, but the top end was lacking.
The body was smooth, a bit fuller than is often found, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, an easy quaffer, but I'm not in a hurry for another.
Overall, a decent "basic" Pils, but lacking in the areas that separate the "Italian" style from the rest.
