Pours a pretty light pale straw color, nice initial head that left some lacing as it settled. Creamy white head remains as I drink.
Has a very very nice aroma, incredibly floral, lemongrass, white grape and pear.
Taste is honey sweetness, still get a lot of the white grape/pear thing in the taste as well.
Mouthfeel is very nice too incredibly smooth and clean. Really smooth and snappy. Super refreshing beer, nice light body.
This was an awesome intro to East Branch for me. I would happily try more of their beer if I had access. This beer perfectly blurs the line between ale and lager. It’s very very tasty and is gladly buy a six pack.

From draft at a beer event at LaCabra Brewing in Berwyn, PA. From the tap list: Light malt flavor, spicy herbal hop presence, clean finish, lightly bitter. Crisp & clean; nice kolsch.
