It's ridiculous that my first beer from this brewery is one of the few "5's" I've given out in a decade and a half, but this beer is flawless and incredible!
L: Beautiful golden straw with a light, white head and strong lacing.
S: Resinous orange slices and light lemon zest. Lavender. Parsley.
T: Lush orange slices with light rind.
F: Slightly dry.
OVERALL: This is a really textbook example of what these American/Belgian white IPAs should look like. Great body, vibrant as hell, very drinkable, and lightly dry. Kudos to this new brewery!
