Bijou is a petite and delicate Belgian Wit. It features a subtle blend of dried orange peel, chamomile and coriander dancing furtively over the mysterious essence of traditional Belgian Wit yeast. Raw wheat provides a hint of sweetness to complement a light, crackery Pilsner malt base.

Bijou is an ode to the home where our Head Brewer, Jeff Constantine, perfected the craft and passion for brewing: “The Bijou” on Brockley Avenue in Lakewood, Ohio.
