This is an interesting beer made with lime peels, using the hoppy Blonde Ogress to start. Warm and malty, and even on the sweet side, which goes well with the lime. There some citrus rind taste, but it's a really good limey flavor like there was a dose of Rose's lime juice as well as some fresh squeezed.
Thickish body, not overly carbonated. Vey fragrant with citrus. Just the thing for summer. Add a can of some cheap lager and you'd have the ideal Lime-a-Rita. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery and tasting room this afternoon.
