On tap at Dynamo in Brussels.
A hazy reddish pink with a light pink head with good retention and lacing this looks solid. The nose is a nice, bright, fruity raspberry note, refreshing, fruity, mildly tannic and really bright. There's a grainy sourness, a mild pils malt character along with a noticeable lactic sourness. The palate has a joke, clean fruity raspberry character before the lactic sourness takes over. Clean, scrubbing, mildly yogurt like. Light in body and softly carbonated, this is solid. It held its own on a day where this was the only non-lambic beer I consumed.
