In 2017, the idea of creating a distillery brewery farm was born from our conversations and meetings. For the moment Brasserie Distillerie Champ Libre is not yet a 100% farm but some of our ingredients will come from our culture as early as 2018. We want to offer beer and spirit drinkers quality products. That's why we choose to work with malts and ingredients whose origin will be mainly from Quebec.
