Served at the bar in a pint glass. Color like pale wheat with a tinge of gold. Clear opacity as true to the Kölsch style. Brewed with Tettnanger hops. Drinks clean and crisp, get a bit of that hop bite among the smooth yeast as the beer sits on the tongue. The flavors come alive right right on the swallow. I tend to favor IPA's, and really enjoy the smooth taste, mild hopped finish that blend in this beer. Perfect for enjoying after a job well done or as the first step on a bar crawl! The kind of beer that ya can't help but want just one more.
