Back that Badonka Brut back up!
Double dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Columbus, our Badonka Brut is a C-hop bomb that pours sunset gold in appearance with a slight haze. The nose of this brut invokes orange and tangerine zest with coniferous undertones. On the palate, the zest is prominent with complimentary notes of citrus pith, pine sap and honeydew melon, along with a character of blackberry created from a subtle alcohol presence. This is all balanced by a pleasingly subtle bitterness, background malt, and a medium-light body.
