“I regret nothing. The end.” – Ron Swanson
We don’t regret anything either! Especially when we dumped 60 pounds of wildflower honey into this Farmhouse Ale. Ron Saiswanson, the Millfest Homebrew Competition winning beer, is a wonderful representation of a classic Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale. Brewed with a traditional Saison yeast, you’ll get pome fruit (apples and pears) and honey on the nose. This follows through into the palate, with additional subtle notes of cherries and fresh cracked pepper. Brewed with Carolina Malt House Pilsner Malt.
