Look: It pours golden with a bit of hazing. It has a white, cloud like head with excellent head retention.

Smell: It has strong stone fruit aromas that feature peaches over the apricots. There is a touch of grainy sweetness.

Taste: The flavors are strong with peach up front and apricot next. There is a strong sweetness up front. There is a rum like element as in a mixed drink (daiquiri) that is in the background.

Feel: It has a medium body with medium bitterness.

Overall, this makes the finish bitter-sweet, although it is more sweet that bitter. The flavors and aromas are a showcase of peaches and apricots with everything else well in the background.

16 ounce can in a long stemmed tulip IPA glass. 40 days since canned so fresh enough.

Pours a darkish apricot juice looking unfiltered liquid. A 1f white cap drops to a lasting film, soapy film of lacing.

Nice punch of apricot to start. There are peach an mild alcohol aromas that follow. Not much in the way of malt.

The fruits and aromas translate well in the flavors, sans the alcohol. There’s a graininess that holds the sugars and tames the syrup like juice.

Medium bodied big brew. There’s some hop bitterness and the 8.5% abv isn’t sneaky.

An Imperial IPA that holds its flavors and hops through the strong abv. Just a bit juicy with a touch of syrup quality. Pretty good.
