Look: It pours straw and is clear with a white head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: It has strong tropical fruit aromas with a bit of grainy sweetness and herbal notes. There is even a bit of light cucumber in the nose.
Taste: The tropical notes shine up front in the flavor. There is some grainy sweetness in support with very low cucumber and an herbal quality.
Feel: It has a medium low body with a mildly sweet finish.
Overall, the way this beer was put together really lets the Motueka hops shine more so that in most IPAs.
