Pours the color of cola with a thick cap of foam.
I get some roasty notes, coffee and molasses, with a sharp, sticky character that rounds out the finish. Comparable to a “regular” swartzbiwer, great for a NA version.

12oz can poured into a pint
A- pours black in color with a one-finger foamy khaki head that reduces to a ring
S- smells of roasted barley, char, coffee, bitter chocolate and no bake cookies
T- soft bitterness of roasted barley up front gives notes of bitter-sweet chocolate, cocoa, and light coffee. Mid-palate gives undertones of anise, prunes and figs. The finish gives more roasted barley that continues into the linger
M- medium-light body with medium carbonation produces a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into the finish
O- full flavored and on point for the style, hard to believe that this is a low alcohol beer

Pours opaque, dark black in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is roasted malt and dark caramel. Medium light body, slightly sweet, roasty with moderate carbonation. Excellent example of the style. Nice and malty treat. Another hard to believe there is no alcohol in this beer.
