Pours slightly hazy, gold in color with one third inch head. Smell is amazing. Taste is soapy hops, fresh garden herbs--maybe basil and oregano, bay leaf. Medium light bodied, bitter, dry with moderate to high carbonation. A lot more bitter than I expected. Loads of interesting taste. Have not had a beer quite like this.
