Two Trellises is a series of beers where we take two different hops and see how they mingle. This particular brew has Cascade and Sabro, a mix of new and old.
Cascade brings a light citrus (lemon and orange) note with Sabro bringing floral notes and hints of grape. We use a fair amount of naked oats to bring a biscuit base to round out this moderately bitter, and very enjoyable beer! Cheers!

Appearance: Slightly cloudy straw-yellow color with a generous-sized foamy white head that slowly faded. A nice looking beer.
Smell: Moderate pine aromas and citrus/fruity aromas. a pleasant nose but somewhat subdued.
Taste: I get moderate pine notes, mild citrus notes, some floral hop notes and moderate bready malt notes. The hop profile is not upfront, but more importantly, there is just the very faintest hint of that typical N/A malt sweetness. There is a very noticeable lingering hop bitterness at the end that results in a dry crisp finish.
Mouth-feel: The body is on the light side of medium-bodied with a generous level of carbonation. Nothing to change here.
Overall: I enjoyed this one. I wish N/A brewers would indicate the style they were going for regarding their beers, but since this one states moderate bitterness I'm going to categorize it more as a hoppy American Pale Ale. The flavor profile is nice and the near absence of the N/A malt sweetness made this a nice treat for me.
