-pale can pour with a 2 cm foam cap and an aroma of grapefruit zest and earthy/kittycat ( from the Simcoe).
The flavor is of fresh citrus, mostly grapefruit, and is quite satisfying.
The brew is light-bodied.
I would select it again.

Appearance: Slightly cloudy straw-yellow color with a generous-sized foamy white head that slowly faded. So far so good as it's a nice looking beer.
Smell: Fragrant grapefruit aromas and mild tropical fruit aromas. A nice nose.
Taste: Semi-sweet grapefruit notes and modest floral notes feature strongly. There is enough bitter hop notes that work to dry the beer up nicely in the finish. A nice flavor profile with almost none of the N/A beer maltiness found in many N/A beers.
Mouth-feel: The body is light-bodied with a generous level of carbonation.
Overall: I liked the nose and flavor profile of this beer. The chosen hops worked very well combined both in the nose and taste. Definitely worth trying for those seeking a good N/A beer.
