Appearance: Slightly cloudy straw-yellow color with a generous-sized foamy white head that slowly faded. Consistent with the other Pilot series beers I've had this is a good looking beer.
Smell: Mild citrus and faint pine aromas. Not bad but not as upfront as some of the other Pilot series I've had.
Taste: I get mild grassy hop notes, some nice bready malt notes, and faint slightly sweet grapefruit/citrus. The nice thing about this beer is it's impressive that you actually have to really search for the usual N/A maltiness and even then I'm not sure if it's there or I'm telling myself it's there. The beer has a moderate hop bitterness and the finish is dry ending with some lingering hop bitterness which results in a crisp finish.
Mouth-feel: The body is fairly light-bodied with a generous level of carbonation. All good here.
Overall: A tasty impressive N/A beer. A nice crisp flavor profile with a flavorful hop backbone that really works well in this beer. This is one of those N/A beers I'd love to give to someone in a blind taste test and see if they pick out it is a N/A beer.
