Appearance: Fairly cloudy straw-yellow color with a generous-sized foamy white head that slowly faded. I like what I see.
Smell: Moderate tropical fruit notes, papaya and mangoes come to mind, A nice nose for my tastes.
Taste: The first thing that stood out were semi-sweet grapefruit notes followed by some mild floral notes. Like many of the other pilot series IPAs there are enough bitter hop notes to dry the beer up nicely which finishes with some mild orange notes. The flavor profile does a good job in keeping the usual N/A beer maltiness at bay.
Mouth-feel: The body is light-bodied with a generous level of carbonation. The body is a bit light.
Overall: A good N/A beer. The hops selected worked nicely in this beer resulting in a good nose and flavor profile.
