Pours a cloudy pale raspberry-orange with two fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is raspberry right off the cusp. It's right in line with the actual taste of raspberry, that is to say, semi-sweet with a tart undertone. The tartness in the nose is compounded by lime, together it creates a potent aroma, falling just shy of sour. Some underlying lemon zest, and grass hops round it out. Flavor profile is that same tartness from the nose, but in a more yin-yang union. Raspberry and lime swirl about, neither taking the bulk of the flavor profile. Together, it forms a tart start, that has a little more sweetness on the backend. That sweetness is enhanced by a mild wort, grainy note at the finish. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a soft crispness. If it were a touch more crisp, it would be an utterly refreshing brew. Overall, the utilization of raspberry and lime accentuate each other well, and help create a refreshing soda-like NA beer option.
