This brew's key ingredient is fresh-picked wet Centennial hops from Crosby Hop Farm, a fifth-generation farm in Oregon. These fresh hops lend pleasant grassy notes with citrus and floral aromas, and a soft yet mildly bitter finish. The brew team went with a light malt profile to let the fresh hops really shine.
