Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a nonic-type glass.
Clear, medium amber colored body. One finger of off-white head. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma of toffee malt and dried peach.
Taste is toasted malt with a touch of smoke. Flavors of toffee to molasses, and dried fruit such as apple, peach, and prune.
Medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
Malty brew with some tang from the fruit and the briefest presence of smoke. Not real dramatic but fits for style.
