Albion Malleable Brewing Company

What a hidden gem of a place! Warm and inviting brewpub with elevated pub fare along with a rustic farmhouse-inspired lineup of terrific beers, all at the edge of Albion’s historic downtown. Worth a visit.

Been here a couple of times, also look for their beer at festivals. For a brewpub they brew really good beer. Some of the best Belgian style and German style brews for a brewer their size. You should stop in have a couple flights and a couple pints of your favorites. Good food.

Small brewery on a corner on main street Albion. Visited on a Monday when college was out and business was good. Old building, lots of low tables and a decent sized bar. Twelve beers on tap. Friendly staff.

 

 

Our large holiday gathering of friends and family found plenty of seating at the community bench tables in this new brewpub in downtown Albion. They had about ten house made beers on tap with a focus on Belgians which were well made. My wife enjoyed their NEIPA. Food was somewhat limited but everyone (kids and adults) enjoyed what they had to eat. Service was prompt and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

 

Great new craft brewery and restaurant! Creative and tasty selection of well crafted beers. Delicious gastropub fare. Friendly and engaging staff. This place is hitting on all cylinders right out of the gate!

Nov, 2025. The brewery is now offering cocktails and wine. Everything else about this brewery continues to shine. They do a great job with beers and food.

This review is being written after several visits since my first time coming here. The place is an older downtown brick building that has had the plaster removed from the brick walls and the flooring framework removed from the second floor so that the pub is a large open area with exposed brick walls and wood truss roof. A partition wall of glass behind the bar displays the brewing area and the equipment. Curbside parking or a small lot at the rear area available. Interior seating is wooden tables similar to picnic tables. (A small patio on the south side of the building has been installed since they opened.)

Eight beers were on tap (10 taps) so we chose a sampler flight of all of them. There was a good mix of Belgian, Farmhouse and standard beers. Each was brewed very well to style so that we ended up giving an overall score of 4.0 to them. None stood out as exceptional, but a very good job overall.

The food that we had on every visit has been very good, and we rated it just a bit higher than the beers (although that is not meant as a slight to the beers). We have enjoyed our visits each time and highly recommend this brewery as a place to visit.
