On tap at the brewery, Vancouver.
Amber; caramel with bits of dank + orangey rind; bread crust, crunchy autumn leaves, a tart hit, a bunch of baked yellow apple, some earth + papaya; bubblegum end.

Centennial
Malts are there but wet hops are disconcertingly fruit. And it's plenty estery. I can’t tell if they want those esters (ale temps, after all) or it’s a bad brew. But without the archetypal Northern Brewer roughness to cut it, this is out of balance + kinda weird.
