Subtle and soft are the best way to describe this beer. It had that soft floral feel typical of a jasmine green tea mixed with a crisp kolsch that was a little too much on the hoppy side. There was a bit too much hop flavor for me, but it didn't distract too much. To me it was like a very light pale ale mixed with the subtlety of jasmine tea.
