Cascadian Black Ale pours black, with a large, long lasting, lacing brown head. Aroma is mellow, smoke and burnt hops. Flavor has notes of smoke and burnt hops, creamy foundation. Good body and feel. Overall, a very approachable black IPA, with nice flavors, that are easy to drink.
