Del Cielo Brewing

Recently had the pleasure of sampling a good selection from this brewery. As a chef who gets to run the beer program for my restaurant, I get many choices and recently tough decisions. I have to say that they do brew some really great true to style and absolutely refreshing beers! I prefer to do business with breweries local to my area and they ought to be good. I am adding them to my draft list. I will be back, and continue and stay in touch of one of my new favorite brewers. Great Job!
