This is pretty good. At the brewery into a snifter, pours a fairly clear strawberry reddish pink. Nose brings a lot of fruit that is a little more syrupy than ideal, but okay. Taste improves on the nose with some nice light lactic acid that makes you pucker up just a bit...the boysenberry and plum notes are tasty, there’s still a little more syrupy heaviness and fullness to the mouthful than is ideal, the carb is a little low, but maybe I’m being too hard on this...it’s enjoyable, the fruit is nice and tart, and there’s even a little yeasty woodiness on the back end.
