Appearance - Pours a foggy straw gold with two fingers of creamy white head.

Smell - Grainy and biscuity malts, wheat crackers, notes of citrus (orange, lemon) and melon (honeydew), leafy and citrusy hops.

Taste - Mild to moderate hop bitterness (again, leafy and citrusy, maybe a little floral) with wheat malts and a touch of citrus fruit and peel.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth, crisp and dry finish.

Overall - I like the level of hop flavour/bitterness in this brew; sure, it's "hopped", but it's not a punch in the mouth. A refreshing wheat beer with a hoppy essence.

8oz glass at Beer Revolution YEG Oliver Square. Nice to see this Calgary brewery/arcade's wares show up in my burg!

This beer appears a hazy, medium golden yellow colour, with a thin cap of wispy and faintly bubbly off-white head, which leaves some decent streaky lace around the glass as things slowly sink away.

It smells of bready and grainy cereal malt, some mild earthy yeastiness, a hint of damp minerality, and some plain leafy, weedy, and floral green hop bitters. The taste is gritty and grainy pale malt, a bit of muddled pome fruitiness, wet Wheat Thins, faded estery yeast, and more well-understated leafy, musty, and dead floral hoppiness.

The carbonation is quite meek in its perfunctory frothiness, the body a so-so middleweight, and generally smooth, with nothing really causing any sort of trouble at this particular juncture. It finishes trending dry, the malt bleeding out to a certain degree.

Overall - yeah, this one's name kind of protests too much, as it may contain hops, but not nearly enough to be the lead. I'm sort of bored of it, actually, as I am sure you must be getting reading this.
