Poured from a howler purchased at Collective - A Craft Beer Shop in Cowtown.
Appearance - Pours a gold with two fingers of frothy bubbly white head.
Smell - piney, earthy, floral, citrus, leafy, and herbal hops, citrus, pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold piney, earthy, floral, citrus, leafy, and herbal hops upfront. The brew then goes into a nice punch from the pine resin alongside the grapefruit and citrus peel. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops, pine resin, and grapefruit peel lingering.
Overall - A nice and easy drinking IPA that boasts a pleasant pine resin and grapefruit peel punch.
