We refermented this barrel-aged blend with a modest quantity of wild blackberries foraged from around our brewery. If concentrated fruit juice is what you're after, you might try the freezer aisle. We use hyperlocal ingredients and 100% native yeast, ferment in oak , and blend to taste. Each of our products will lead you down a garden path to beautiful places you may not have expected to go.

3rd Edition packaged 4/3/19
Dirty rosé colored body; mildly cloudy; nice thick and spongy white head. Fruity, funky smell; a touch of blackberry. Weak tasting elements of blackberry and apple cider; tart and phenolic. Generally light body; thin and watery; brut dryness throughout.
Not a very exciting wild ale. Sure, one can detect the blackberries, but it's not clear how the honey has come into play. The dryness really offsets the tartness. Somewhat okay for a wild ale but not overly impressive.
