Served in 16oz nonic at the source. Poured a lightly translucent dark brown color with an inch of tan head that had very good retention and lacing.
The aroma had some roast on top of the base wheat, a light hint of smokiness, and a solid hit of the house funk.
Pretty similar on the tongue, with that yeasty funk being stronger, with more sourness.
The body was medium-light, smooth, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability will depend on how well you like that funky, sour aspect, I thought it drank well.
Overall, another unique and interesting brew from GP. Certainly worth a grab if you see it.
