Slightly hazy...golden color. Small white head. Good retention, though.
Potent funky smell! Sour, cheesy, barnyard, vinegar; honey sweetness and hay.
Medium-plus sourness, lemon, green apple, funk, barnyard, white grape/white wine vinegar, crisp cracker malt, hay on the finish.
Medium body, nice carbonation.

16.9oz bottle (dated 3/18/21) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very cloudy (bordering on murky) yellow-ish orange color with an inch-and-a-half of white head that had moderate to good retention and no lacing.
A huge blast of funky native yeast hit the nose upon opening the bottle. Closer sniffing further defines that funk. some base grains and light, floral hops also show up.
Very similar on the tongue, with the addition of a very pleasant tartness. The grain maintains its solid support throughout, giving the other aspects a foundation to build on.
The body was light but solid, had a pleasing coarseness, and a tartly dry finish that dried out further after a few moments.
Drinkability was good, but with it being as funky as it is, I probably wouldn't have 2 in a row. But I would happily drink it again.
Overall, another fine, interesting brew from these folks. Certainly worth grabbing if you see it.
