Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed orange-yellow color with a head of puffy white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading slowly and leaving a good deal of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a wheat bread smell mixed with notes of coriander and a bit of orange. Along with these comes a light yeast and notes of banana, grass, and hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a strong wheat bread flavor paired with a bit of yeast and some light spice of coriander and clove. The sweetness is very light, with just a hint of banana and orange. As the taste advances the wheat gets a bit smoother in nature, while the sweet fades even more. Notes of lemon, pepper, and earth, and a bit of hay join in, taking the taste to its end and leaving one with a wheaty and smooth taste to linger.
Mouthfeel – The body is middle of the road in thickness and chewiness with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall – A pretty easy natured and sessionable wit.

Tap at the brewery
Nice fruity creamy head with good retention, lacing, hazy pale color
Nose raw dough, yeasty bread, wheat, cereal, into citrus, lemon zest, coriander and summer spice, a little blood orange
Taste fair doughy malt, cereal grain, bready, creamy doughy wheat, a touch biscuity, fair coriander and spices, quickly into fruity esters, citrus, lemon, orange, zest, some bubblegum, fair creamy with a drier finish, touch of bitterness and lingering spice
Mouth is med bod, quite creamy, med frothy carb
Overall nice wit
