Something wrong with this one. Doesnt taste like a pils at all, and doesnt good regardless. No pils crispness, no traditional saaz hop character...

Draft at the brewery
Med frothy foamy head with good retention, messy lacing, slight rocky head, crystal clear pale golden honey color
Nose brings nice floral grassy noble hops, a bit fruity, lemony, malts are grainy sweet, plenty of cake batter, hint of pilsner corn
Taste brings more hops out front, earthy floral, a bit spicy, noble hops, light malt, grainy sweet, little cereal and dough, soft lager a bit crisp, drier crisp bitter finish, med higher bitterness on the finish spicy and a touch piney
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med to a bit higher frothy carb
Overall not bad, noble side of the hops are nice but there seems like a little American hop character in there as will, bitterness is where it should be for German pils, but malts don't really hold up, so I'd suggest to bring the malt profile up a bit
