Draft at the brewery
Creamy thicker head with med retention, messy lacing hazy med golden honey orange color
Nose very grainy cereal crackery blonde malt, Belgian cereal grain and fruit esters with tree fruit, candy syrup and light Belgian candi sugar, light peppery phenols
Taste brings more Belgian blonde malts, cereal grain, little biscuit and sweet almost syrupy candy malt, light honey as well, more fruit esters with tree fruit and pear, dried apricot, light peppery phenol notes and perfumey Alcohol, some bitterness that gets a little off putting, mild sticky finish with more earthy hop
Mouth is med to fuller bod, med frothy carb, hint of alcohol warmth
Overall quite good outside the strange bitterness that clashes a bit
