Pours a small frothy brown head with low retention, a bit of lacing, thick black color, long legs
Nose brings cinnamon up front, followed by fresh roasted coffee and some dark chocolate, cocoa, a bit of general roasted malt, hard to get much else beyond the heavy cinnamon
Taste has plenty of cinnamon again but a bit less overpowering, cinnamon coffee cake notes, with some fresh mild roasted coffee, a bit of char and general roast, a little fudgey with dark chocolate cocoa, general baking spices, a bit of bitter spicy hop, light perfumey alcohol, finishes a bit sweet but dry like powedered cocoa or the bottom of chocolate milk where the powder wasn't quite blended well, with coffee added
Mouth is fuller bod, rich chewy almost, creamy, med foamy carb, light warming alcohol
Overall not bad, cinnamon overpowers a bit so I'd dial that back on the next batch, alcohol hidden well, nice smooth rich chewy texture, generally enjoyable
