Very clean, well balanced Amber Ale. Classic crystal malt profile. Hoppy just to the point of offsetting most of the residual sweetness. Easy drinking and right for any season.

Clear, dark amber body; one-finger thick head, frothy and off-white in color, sticky. Huge toasted malt smell; amazing rustic grain scent. The taste is grainy and nut-like; toasted chestnuts. Medium body; mild residual sugar texture; some sweetness by mainly dry in character.
Extremely unique aroma and flavor, it is malt-forward, balanced, and very easy drinking. On a side note, a beer guy at 'The Cellar' in Taos informed me that Red River doesn't can or bottle their beers (although they do have something like crowlers at the brewery).
On tap at the Ojo Caliente Artesian Restaurant's wine bar.
