Poured from can into ale glass.
Looks: Hazy lemonade yellow with a nice, foamy 1.5 finger head that dissipates to a faint rim.
Smell: Big yuzu and pineapple up front obviously, plus the sour base lends a little bit of funk and some complimentary passionfruit and guava nuances.
Taste: Passionfruit, pineapple, guava, and a little bit of yuzu and lime. Definitely different in terms of note prominence compared to the nose. Very dry and clean finish which I attribute to the saké character, which is noticeable in the aftertaste as well and makes it more interesting. Just sour enough for my liking, but not a pucker bomb for sure. I really, really like this.
Feel: Thin body, nice mild effervescent carbonation. Really crisp and enjoyable.
Overall: Absolutely delicious, crushable sour that brought a smile to my face every sip. Leans a bit heavy on the added citrus to bring the sourness, rather than the base beer, but if the base was turned up just a bit this would be damn near perfect.

An interesting beer the pineapple stands out nice with a citrus tang to it.
Not very sour at all and the sour notes seem to come from the Yuzu.
A very dry finish.
