Poured from can into beer glass.
Looks: Pour a pretty blushy peach orange with a thin, bubbly half-finger head.
Smell: Nice level of funk- I get guava, watermelon, and lime, but the mint is almost faint enough to be chalked up to confirmation bias.
Taste: Hot damn that's tasty! The watermelon and mint come through much more prominently here, with lime playing second fiddle to that duo. Doesn't pack too much of a sour kick, instead trading that impact for drinkability. Flavour is spot-on, as close to a perfect impression of a watermelon mojito cocktail possible in a beer. Super impressive, especially given how many bad watermelon sours I've had this year.
Feel: Light body, goes down super easy. I'd describe the carbonation as "light but bright," meaning pleasantly effervescent but not as bubbly as some other beers. Just right for the flavour profile.
Overall: It's not the most complex sour I've ever had, but it absolutely nails the stated concept and is SO delicious
