It’s okay to smile and nod when brewers start talking about thiolized yeast strains. Still, it’s cool science. Smart people figured out a way to make IPA taste even fruitier, without adding fruit. Basically, more flavours like guava, grapefruit, passionfruit. Intense stuff. Should be good!
