On tap. Consumed at 54°. Black with ruby edges; no cap, thin beige ring; no lace; light legs. Chocolate and bourbon nose. Bitter roast malt, bittersweet dark chocolate, bourbon; some coffee and then vanilla as beer warmed. Medium body; smooth feel, not adjuncty; alcohol burn on tip of tongue; some warmth tan mouth from 10% abv; light carbonation. Overall outstanding; a tad thin for abv, multiple layers of flavors that all work in harmony; lovely bourbon linger/aftertaste; an excellent imperial stout.
