Bobbing Bobber Brewing Company

Located along the main north/south street through town, but more difficult to access when driving south than driving north. Has signage for entry into the back parking lot, and the lot wraps around to diagonal parking on the south. Two main rooms with the taps and ordering station in the west room. Open view of the brewing equipment in the east room. Outside patio to the south. Lots of windows and light throughout. No bar seating but spread out seating at picnic tables, high and low tables. Decorative theme concentrates on fishing and lake life. There are a few TVs showing sports. Sixteen taps with a good variety of styles, most with fishing or boating related names. Cooler has cans to go. Very helpful and friendly staff. An accommodating place to serve the local crowd and travelers alike. Has a food truck schedule.

I only tried one beer so my 'Quality' rating isn't as accurate as it could be.
Nice spacious place with the whole bobber fishing theme going on, which is pretty cool. Room for 60+ inside and today it was their Oktoberfest so they had the brewery and outside set-up with food trucks and seating. Nice friendly service in a pretty cool place, they're doing it right in Hutchinson, MN.

As a fisherman, I had to stop. Love the fishing theme here. The place is pretty good sized, plenty of outdoor seating as well. There's a decent selection of beers on tap, though, I was hoping for an Oktoberfest beer at my visit on 9-12-2021. They're doing it later in the month. Staff friendly. Access is a pain if coming from the south off of 15, since it is divided at that point. I will be back.

 

 

Nice remodeled building that was once a beverage distributor warehouse. Highway access is not ideal as the road is divided. Large brewing area that they have divided to allow customers some extra space as well as having cornhole and an air hockey table set up for use. The taproom is heavy on fishing and boating themes but it is not a cabin feel. There were a few juvenile touches however. Garage doors can be opened for an open air feel. Wide selection of beer styles available. Since I visited a couple weeks after the grand opening, I will not judge the beers too harshly. There were a few that were enjoyable. Service was friendly but they were still learning the ropes. Not sure stealing the logo of another area brewery is the way to start off business.
